Job Description Job Description We are looking for an
experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a dynamic industrial
service company in Lafayette. This executive role is integral to
driving financial strategy, ensuring robust performance management,
and supporting the company’s growth both domestically and
internationally. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision,
leadership, and expertise to optimize financial operations and
guide the company through its expansion. Responsibilities: •
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the
organization’s global growth goals. • Oversee all financial
operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, auditing,
forecasting, and risk management. • Manage and ensure compliance
for international financial activities, including effective
controls and cross-border reporting. • Lead capital management
strategies, including debt and equity financing, mergers and
acquisitions, and optimizing working capital. • Collaborate with
the executive team to provide financial insights that guide
operational and strategic decisions. • Build and maintain strong
relationships with investors, external auditors, and financial
institutions. • Drive initiatives to improve financial processes,
enhance operational efficiency, and support scalability. • Ensure
adherence to regulatory requirements and proactively address
financial risks such as currency fluctuations and tax exposures. •
Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team to achieve
organizational objectives and foster growth. • Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. CPA required •
At least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience,
including 5 years in an executive-level role. • Proven expertise in
the industrial services sector and managing international financial
operations. • Demonstrated success in supporting business growth,
transformations, and mergers and acquisitions in multi-entity
environments. • Extensive knowledge of U.S. financial regulations
and international reporting standards. • Strong leadership,
communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to excel in a
fast-paced environment, making strategic decisions under pressure.
